County Middle and High Schools, following the model of ongoing classes in Walton, Pulaski and Wilcox counties.
A cross-section of citizens from the Bleckley County community began to form a steering committee to develop a plan to implement Released Time classes for Bleckley County High School and Middle School Students.
The Bleckley Christian Learning Center is not affiliated with a denomination and is supported by local churches, organizations and individuals of various denominations.
It has been incorporated in the State of Georgia as a non-profit organization and holds a 501(c)3 status with the IRS. Our classes are taught at the off-campus locations of Bethany Baptist Church for the Middle School and Faith Baptist Church for the High School. For this mission the BCLC is in its entirety supported financially and logistically by private funds.

academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially for God's calling on their lives.
We believe that students should be “an example to the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and purity” (1Timothy 4:12), and to that end, offer instruction in such Christian concepts as honoring parents and respecting authority at all levels, purity before marriage, developing trust-bond friendships, living a life of integrity and being a leader like Moses, Esther, Joshua, Nehemiah and Paul.
Following the instructions of Jesus Christ not to descriminate against anyone, the Bleckley Christian Learning Center does not discriminate against students on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status, national origin, age, religion, or condition of disability in any educational program or activity.
